• How to make the perfect cup: Place one rounded teaspoon of tea per person an a warmed tea pot. Pour over freshly boiled water and leave to brew for at least three minutes, or until it's as strong as you like it. Pour through a tea strainer to remove the leaves. Add milk and sugar last to get the colour and taste just right
